"Just to echo Match Point's comments - this was absolute gem of a boxing game - easily one of my favourite (of any type) on the CPC. The ability to edit your own boxer and take him up the ranks really made you bond with your pixellated onscreen representative. When he lost you felt genuinely crushed (and often physically shattered).
One of its more hilarious features was that you could actually punch YOURSELF unconscious. If you went in all guns blazing chances are your chap would just keel over from exhaustion without the other fella even needing to throw a punch!" - fustar

"I have lots of memories playing this game on my CPC. It was the first CPC disk game I bought (and CPC disks were expensive back in 80's) - I really have a soft spot for this game. I often find myself humming the music." - woody.cool

"I can't imagine why I am only the second reviewer for this classic. Has so few people really played this gem? This is in my top 5 of all time Amstrad games and easily, hands down, the best Boxing sim on the system.
Work your way up the ranks against progressively tougher fighters, train, honing the boxer to your preffered style. Get in the ring and bob and weave, dishing out upercuts and haymakers. A true classic!" - Match Point
