"The CPC version is really cool. The gameplay was always fun, the graphics are great and the sound does the job."

"Judging by comments in the ad, c64 exploding fist must have been a real blast... the cpc version didnt have the great sound like the c64 & is quite slow - sure it is fun to play but your cpu opponent learns your tricks quite quickly and it becomes very hard to defeat him. Still a classic though."

"At its core, The Way of The Exploding Fist is probably the best one one one combat game ever on the 8-bits. The C64 version is the clear winner, but the CPC version is not far behind. This game also runs at exactly the same speed as all the others."
