"I had this on Five Star Games II and it was billed as a good Gauntlet clone. Boy was that wrong! Dull monochrome graphics, minimal sound and tedious gameplay made this so boring to play. the monsters all looked like unanimated spiders and your character was just a blob with an axe. a truly crap game!"

"Uhh, this was the PRECURSOR to Gauntlet. It originally came out on the Atari 800, and the guy who made it was paid by the Gauntlet creators with a Gauntlet machine in exchange for the use of(and vast improvement upon) his idea. Yes, it doesn't hold a candle to Gauntlet. But, without it, Gauntlet never would have been."
