"Alien 8 was arguably a better game then Knight Lore, but the reuse of the graphics engine and similar gameplay left some fans feeling ripped off at the time. Looking back, Ultimate had been repeating the same underlying gameplay forumula since Atic Atac - basically, "find stuff and take it somewhere". Alien 8 is great if you pretend Knight Lore doesn't exist. The thing is, it does! "
