"In its day, an astonishing and truely revolutionary achievement. 3d games in 1984 were slow, jerky wire-frame efforts. With Knight Lore, we had a solid 3d world with a frame rate superior to many 2d games. Simple, yet compelling gameplay finishes off a perfect package. "

"A classic that should be in everyone's collection. Unfortunately not as polished as Batman or Head Over Heels, it's still a superb 3D isometric adventure. With smooth moving, nicely detailed graphics, and some OK sound effects, this game should be played by everyone."
